Your Warranty Coverage Explained
At Pevco, we stand by the quality of our work and products. Here’s what you need to know about our new home construction warranty:
Comprehensive Coverage
We provide a full 1-year warranty that covers both parts and labour for all the services we deliver, giving you peace of mind and assurance in the quality of our work.
Extended Product Warranty
Some products, like light fixtures, breakers, and devices, come with warranties that exceed one year. If a product malfunctions, even beyond our 1-year warranty, contact us—we’ll check the manufacturer’s warranty for you.
Exclusions
Pevco cannot cover warranty claims caused by power surges. If this is the case, we’ll discuss the best next steps together. Any additional electrical work completed in your home by another party after our last visit voids Pevco’s warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: If a light fixture wasn’t supplied by Pevco and is defective, will you cover it?
Unfortunately, no. If we didn’t supply the fixture, we can’t offer warranty coverage. However, we can assist by replacing the defective fixture with a new one for a service call fee.
Q: What happens if an issue arises after the 1-year warranty expires?
We’re always here to support you. If the issue involves a product, we’ll contact the manufacturer on your behalf. If it’s related to our workmanship, we’ll assess the situation and take responsibility as needed. Rest assured, Pevco is committed to your satisfaction beyond the warranty period.
